Cannot use as every time we fill it it immediately starts leaking. Was a waste to purchase very disappointed

I was thrilled with all the other products I bought but unfortunately the beverage dispenser was disappointing. Not only does the lid not seal at all, but the dispenser also leaks from the tap plug. This leakage means that the beverage dispenser does not meet my requirements at all

I am using the Sorrento beverage dispenser for making apple cider vinegar. Had no leaks and it seems to be of good quality. Happy with my buy. I have more things to order but there seems to be a continuing stock shortage on some items.
