The iconic Consol Preserve jar will add a touch of nostalgia to any kitchen. The jar is ideal for storing chutney's, pickles, preserves and so much more, just like granny. The airtight ring and dome lid seals in freshness whilst the wide mouth is convenient for easy access and bottling of larger fruit and vegetable pieces. The jars come in three popular sizes: 250ml, 500ml and 1l.

Broccoli Sprouts

I have been using the Jar to grow Broccoli Sprouts. The slightly square shape of the jar prevents the jar from roling but it is still round enough on the inside so the seeds can be easily spread on the inside surface.
