Defective lids?

Why would you send me lids that are defective?
You have sent these lids to be tested and this was the result.

"These lids with the coating missing can be used but within 1 month's time, the lids will start rusting from the inside especially when canning acidity foods. I have spoken to Brenda Liebenberg at CONSOL and they are working on this issue and seeking other alternatives. The coating inside these lids are so thin and came off with normal handling which is unacceptable. This issue will cause more harm to humans as this is at this stage not fit to be used for food canning and preserving and spoilage can occur if the lids rust through even human lives are at stake."
I cannot use these lid with no 5 on it. I bought a case of 500ml and 1l bottles. And they all have these lids on.
This is not acceptable.
