I am very disappointed with the support from Consol regarding their delivered items. 19 days after you booked out an order, you ask me for a rating! This after I have been battling to receive my order from CourierIT. On CourierIT’ website/ tracking it says that the collection was booked on 7 Aug 2024; on 9 Aug I enquired about the delivery; received a very “cold” answer that an ECO delivery takes 3-5 working days, yet their website promise 48-72 working hours (false advertising); on 12 Aug 2024 they again start entries against my order yet kept on recording an “input error”; on 16 Aug I phoned Consol’s customer service and complained to Piet about this non-delivery. About 1 1/2 hours later CourierIT phoned me; at the time they were searching for the 4th box in my order. When they delivered later that day, we learned that something was broken in one of the boxes and they had to resolve this with Consol before delivery. However they did nothing until I started threatening Consol and CourierIT about this. I told them Consol should cancel their agreement and find a better delivery service, such as Courier Guy and I’m sticking to this!
