Horribly handled order

My order was not delivered in a timely manner. Upon inquiring why i was told that the address i gave did not exist despite it being exactly the same and findable via Google Maps. I was told that I would be updated regarding the order but was never reverted back to and was left to deal with the courtier by myself who was not helpful. Upon trying to call the store my calls were declined and unanswered for 4 days. All within operating hours. A horrible experience and I won’t use the company again. The order was also late for what I needed it for because of the address issue, which i didn’t change after they queried it and suddenly it could be delivered.
