Honey Jar great, lids not always!

I used the Honey Jar for most things I bottle like Jams, Yogurt and even Chutney. Lately I have noticed a lot more lids (inside a box batch) are 'stripped'. The lid just turns on the bottle and cannot be sealed for preserves. Since I have to be well prepared, I usually buy a dozen extra loose lids at the same time when I buy boxes of Jars. If the Quality Control Department could be notified, I am sure the matter can be solved.
