No complaints, just frustration with the Courier

I loved my jars and they were neatly and well packaged. My only problem was the Courier that they use. I had to constantly check with Consol on the process of my order because the Courier had not updated it on their website even after 3 days of collection. Even on the day of delivery I was not informed and I wasn't home, luckily we have a Concierge were the Courier can drop parcels off.
Either than that, I am happy with my order.
