ROOIBOS ICED TEA

Ingredients:
  • 7 litres boiling water
  • 1 cup fresh honey
  • 12-15 stems of fresh mint
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 10 teabags of Rooibos tea (you can substitute for green tea or fruit flavoured teas)
Method:

  1. Boil the water and pour into the Consol Glass Monaco Beverage Dispenser 7500ml (7.5L).

  2. Add the tea bags of your choice and leave for 15 minutes.

  3. Remove the tea bags and add the other ingredients (press the mint leaves between your hands first to help release the flavour).

  4. Stir and then allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Add ice before serving.
