PEANUT BUTTER LOVERS COOKIE MIX

Ingredients:
  • 400g Cookie Mix (your favourite premix)
  • 120g Margarine
  • 50ml Water
  • Peanut Butter Dots
  • Crushed Peanuts


Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix all ingredients with an electric mixer. *Add more water if mixture is too dry.
  3. Roll dough into balls & press down to shape a round cookie on a greased tray.
  4. Bake until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool, drizzle with peanut butter & enjoy!
