Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients:

250ml Vegetable oil
1 Egg yolk
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl White vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
Optional seasonings: salt, pepper, mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice.

Method:
In a 250ml Consol Glass Preserve Jar, add the egg yolk, Dijon mustard, salt, and sugar.
