Choc Chip Cookies Baking Mix
Makes 25–30 cookies

It’s thoughtful, waste-free and irresistibly delicious - and the jar can be reused and repurposed again and again.
Ingredients:

1 ¾ cups All-purpose flour

¾ tsp Baking soda

¾ tsp Salt

1 ½ cups Chocolate chips

¾ cup Brown sugar
-
½ cup Granulated sugar

¾ cup Butter or margarine, softened

1 Large egg
-
¾ tsp Vanilla extract
Method:

In a Consol Glass San Marino Mixing Bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and salt.

Spoon the flour mixture into a Consol Glass Festive Catering Jar, forming the base layer.

Add the chocolate chips, brown sugar and granulated sugar in the order listed above, pressing down gently after each layer to create clean, even layers.

Seal the jar tightly with its lid.
